General Information

Exhibitor registration has officially closed

Registration to exhibit at the Dallas Fort Worth International Airport’s 2016 Aviation & Transportation Career Expo has officially ended. If you have any questions concerning this year’s event, or are interested in participating in the 2017 Career Expo, please contact us or sign-up for our e-newsletter.

Similar to previous years, the Aviation & Transportation Career Expo will feature a Student Treasure Map from which exhibitor questions will be included. For any exhibitors not familiar with the Attendee Treasure Map/Passport and its purpose, the map is a fun and interactive tool proven successful at getting students to stop and engage in conversation with your booth representatives.

If you are registered to exhibit at the 2016 Career Expo and have not submitted your treasure map questions, please do so as soon as possible.
Treasure Map Questions

For the past 12 years, DFW International Airport, in conjunction with American Airlines, the Federal Aviation Administration and Tarrant County College, hosts more than 3,500 students at its annual Aviation & Transportation Career Expo – one of the largest educational events of the year in North Texas.

The Career Expo gives students from Dallas/Fort Worth and the neighboring communities an opportunity to learn about careers, ask questions of industry experts and enjoy a hands-on experience in a variety of aviation and transportation fields – from piloting a major airline plane to managing a local or national rail line or driving an emergency response vehicle.

For those Exhibitors new to the Career Expo, there is no cost for being an exhibitor. DFW Airport will provide your booth space, tables & chairs, and electricity (if needed), as well as cover fuel cost for all aircraft flown-in for the event.

This year offers something new, providing Exhibitors the opportunity to interact with students based on their age range. We are breaking attendance into two (2) separate itineraries – ages K-5 in the morning and 6-12 in the afternoon – allowing your business the ability to better connect with students interested in learning about careers in the aviation and transportation fields.

We want to give a special thanks all our past Exhibitors for making the Career Expo a success and introducing our community’s youth and educators to the multitude of career paths offered by the aviation and transportation industry.
